The Story
The early days of running this project were full of uncertainty and doubts equivalent to jumping off a cliff like this.
I came with 0 prior knowledge and experience in this domain. We were a lean team, wherein I was the first hire who was put in charge of this project- from finding new partners to recruiting, training, paying, and managing them.
Most challenges were overcome by hustle, patience, and most importantly- reading the right sources.
I’ve some amazing insights into the program from a user & builder perspective, which would be best put to use if shared with others.
Looks like scaling things from the ground up does add value to your overall perspective.
It would be perfect to put in a single organized guide, all the insight we managed to gather from the campaigns we hosted, and offer it for free to all the people who dig the idea of growing their business with the partner channel.
From Experience - There’s a lot of information out there on the internet, but a lot of it is scattered on different sources making it difficult for every founder/CEO/partner manager to make it difficult to start.
In one line, partnerships could be a revenue channel for your companies growth which could be mishandled or overlooked by other players in the market.
There will be free downloadable resources as well, which will make it easier for you to kickstart your program.
This is more a set of actionable tactics and answers than it is another “ultimate guide”.
